EquipmentÂ - The portable fiber laser marking machine, CK-FB series is an advanced third-generation laser marking system. It adopts the most advanced fiber laser and high-speed scanning galvanometer system in the world. Fiber laser marker uses air cooling. It has an overall small size, excellent beam quality, high reliability, long service life and maintenance free. So, it is able to be used in some fields with high requirements for mark depth, smoothness and fineness.
Compact -Â With the unique all-built-in design and high integration of optic, electronic and mechanical components and devices, the whole machine is only weighed as 16KG, which may be the smallest fiber laser marking machine in the world. It adopts the imported fiber laser. With the all air-cooled design, it doesnÃ¢ÂÂt require external cooling device.
Durable -Â The laser module has a long service life (more than 100,000 hours, while, the traditional lamp pump YAG has a service life of hundreds of hours and the semiconductor has a service life of 20,000 hours).
Low-Consumption-Â It has an overall air-cooled design without supplies. And it is maintenance free with low use costs. In addition, it is also energy-saving with an overall power of 200W.
High-Speed-Â With the imported high-speed galvanometer scanning head, it has greatly reduced the time delay and improved the marking speed. Its efficiency is 3 to 10 times (depending on the marking material) of the first-generation traditional lamp-pumped laser marking machine and the second-generation semiconductor marking machine.
